Mission Challenges
Challenge #1 — Ghost Buster
Objective: Parry 3 Revenant projectiles (1 Ruby reward)
Revenants fire blue and green skulls. Parry 3 of the green skull projectiles by tapping L2 just as they hit you. The first easy opportunity is right after you get the Yellow Key.
Challenge #2 — Knockout
Objective: Execute 5 dazed demons with Shield Charge (50 Gold reward)
When demons glow purple (dazed), execute them with Shield Charge by pressing L2 + R2 instead of the usual attack.
Challenge #3 — Bone Collector
Objective: Collect 100 ammo loot drops from melee striking demons (50 Gold reward)
Melee demons with R3 to make them drop ammo loot. To ensure you collect ammo, deplete your ammo first, then melee enemies repeatedly.
Collectible Locations
1. 5 Gold (5/250)
Near the level’s start, head up the hill on the right to find 5 Gold on the ground.
2. 4 Gold (9/250)
Jump across the broken bridge to the left path for 4 Gold.
Secret #1
At the end of this left path, find a Secret containing a Life Sigil.
3. 3 Gold (12/250)
Before reaching the Yellow Key area, grab 3 Gold near the first enemy encounter.
4. 5 Gold (17/250)
After using the Yellow Key gate, drop down on the lower ledge near the Cyberdemon and collect 5 Gold.
Secret #2 + 10 Gold (27/250)
Enter a secret cave with climbable walls by the water. Climb up to find 10 Gold.
Ruby #1
Inside the secret cave, use the jump pad to reach the first Ruby collectible.
Secret #3 + Codex Entry #1
Break through bramble with your shield in the previous area to uncover a Secret and Codex entry.
Secret #4 + 50 Gold (77/250)
Cross a gap with your shield to reach a ramp and break more bramble for 50 Gold.
Demonic Essence – Armor
Defeat the Pinky Rider miniboss during the second combat encounter to earn this automatically.
13 Gold (90/250) + Secret #5 + Collectible Toy #1 (Witch)
After the fight, backtrack and drop down a path to find gold and a toy trapped in a cage.
Raise the cage by:
- Throw shield at orange chain through a wall gap
- Then throw shield at accessible blue gear to lift the cage
Secret #6
Near Secret #5, jump onto a crate, cross platforms, and use shield toss to reach a Life Sigil secret.
Secret #7 + 50 Gold (140/250)
In the middle of the area, throw your shield to break a red chain holding a statue. The statue drops, revealing a hole leading to 50 Gold.
16 Gold (156/250)
Near the red mist corner, throw your shield through a rotating wheel to hit a red chain and drop a stone wall. Climb up and drop onto a ledge with 2 piles of Gold.
7 Gold (163/250) + Secret #8 + Ruby #2
Left of the main objective (the cannon to blow the wall), cross broken bridges to find 7 Gold and the second Ruby.
Secret #9 + 16 Gold (179/250)
Drop down the side of a building, break a glowing chain, and enter to find a Secret and 16 Gold.
Secret #10 + 16 Gold (195/250)
After progressing through the destroyed wall, turn around and find 16 Gold behind you.
Secret #11 + 50 Gold (245/250)
After getting the Grenade Launcher via elevator, spot a green corpse high on the left wall to throw your shield at. Jump inside to find 50 Gold.
5 Gold (250/250)
Along the main path to the Forge, pick up 5 Gold, easy to miss.
